Returns Happen.

Returns Happen. We'll gladly refund or replace any product that we sell within 60 days. Our return policy is simple - returned products need to be in saleable condition. What does that mean? If the product you are returning was sitting on a shelf next to a brand new product, which would you pick up? If you would be happy with the part you are returning, it will probably be ok.
Returned products should be:
  • In their original packaging
  • Original packaging must be in saleable condition
  • Not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Undamaged
  • Including all parts, hardware, etc.
Once we've received your return and our returns team has give it their approval, a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we can't accept items that weren't properly shipped to us, or items that you didn't buy from us.

Core Returns
If you have a core to return, please submit your request through our returns form. When returning a core, please keep in mind:
  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging that we sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please file a claim with the carrier that delivered your product. Need help? Contact us, we're happy to make it right.

Labor
Unfortunately we can't refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased.

Warranty
Cowboy Auto Parts guarantees the workmanship of every product that we sell. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please fill out our returns form for more information.
